How long does it take to get our group up and running?

Is our information safe?
Absolutely. Our servers are in world-class facilities with backup power-generation, redundant fiber links, 24x7 on-site maintenance, and biometric authentication for physical access. We use encrypted keys for remote access, which is sort of like having a password that's as long as this paragraph.
Your data is safe with us. Backups are made nightly and stored off-site in multiple locations. Think of it as our backups having backups.
If we decide to leave, is our information trapped in GoZuus?
If you should decide to leave, we make it as easy as possible to take all of your information with you. Nearly all of the GoZuus features have export functionality. You can export your calendar, download a spreadsheet of questionnaires and responses, and export your directory.
Do I need a special program to edit our site?
No you do not need a special program to edit your site. You can add content and change the appearance of your site directly from your web browser.
Billing Questions
How does the 90-day trial work?
Your first month is free. However, if you decide any time in the first 3 months that GoZuus is not for you, we'll refund everything you've paid so far - no questions asked. See our refund policy for details.
No contracts at all?
That's right. If you ever decide that GoZuus isn't working for you, we don't want your money. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again.
What if we're under contract with a similar service?
Shoot us an and we'll work with your group to find a solution.
Can our group prepay for an entire year and get a discount?
Sure, we offer discounts for groups paying in 6 or 12 month intervals.
Is there a setup fee?
Nope. We don't ask for billing information when you sign up, and your first month is completely free to give you a chance to see the benefits of GoZuus first-hand.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We can also automatically deduct from your organization's checking account each month. At this time we do not accept PayPal or checks.
What if I pick the wrong plan?
You can change your plan at any time, and your new billing rate will take effect at your next invoice.
