GoZuus, LLC. collects certain information from and about its users three ways: from our Web Server Logs, through tracking Cookies, and directly from the user.

    1. Web Server Logs

Like most website operators, GoZuus collects non-personally-identifiable information that your computer makes available. Our purpose in collecting this information is to administer the site and to better understand how our users interact with the site. Examples of information we track include:

      • Your Internet protocol address.
      • The kind of browser, computer, and operating system you use.
      • Number of links you click within the site.
      • State or country from which you accessed the site.
      • Date and time of your visit.
      • Name of your Internet service provider.
      • Web page you linked to our site from.

    2. Web Cookies

GoZuus uses cookies to personalize and enhance your user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web Server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

We use cookies primarily to store login information when you access the site. We also use tracking cookies to understand how our users navigate our site and services.

GoZuus, LLC. reserves the right to share aggregated site statistics with partner companies, but does not allow other companies to place cookies on our website unless they are a trusted partner assisting us with an above-mentioned goal.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. 3. Directly-Provided Information

While using our service, you will likely provide personal information about yourself and the organization to which you belong. This information includes (but is not limited to) your name, birthday, hometown, address, e-mail, telephone number, events your organization is holding, responses to questionnaires, files, documents, and other organization-related information.

In some cases, you may provide payment information to either purchase premium services, or to make payments or donations to an organization. This type of information is encrypted and stored remotely by our payment processor. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for purchases, payments, or donations that you initiate. It will be forwarded to your credit card provider or bank as necessary to complete requested transactions.

We do not share directly-provided information with anyone unless necessary to respond to legal process or to comply with the law. Specifically, we do not sell or trade this information with advertisers, although we may share aggregate demographic information about our users with advertising or marketing partners.

GoZuus may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

Some of these Web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications. These Web beacons may be used by these service providers to place a persistent cookie on your computer. This allows the service provider to recognize your computer each time you visit certain pages or emails and compile anonymous information in relation to those page views, which in turn enables us and our service providers to learn which advertisements and emails bring you to our website and how you use the site. GoZuus prohibits Web beacons from being used to collect or access your personal information.
